We have seven major energetic powerhouses, called Chakras which absorb and process our thoughts, feelings and anything that comes to us from the outside world. My process for clearing and balancing these receptors use Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Channeling, Aromatherapy, and Healing Stones to help rid you of negative debris that can build up in your system and detract from your positive mood and feelings of calm and well-being.
