Hi there! My name is Crystal Lynn Bell and I am a Spiritual Empowerment Coach. I'm currently living in Paris, doing my coaching, writing my book, and studying French language and culture at the Sorbonne. I love Paris and I'm excited to be hosting a retreat here this winter called Bonjour, Paris! Open Your Heart And Map Your Dreams in Paris, France.

I created the Bonjour, Paris! retreat because there are so many women who have shut down their heart's natural intuition and magnetism, choosing to use their mind to give meaning to the world and guide them through it. The result is a woman who relies on her thinking nature and discredits her own beautiful instinct and intuition--her inner wisdom.

The retreat will turn all of that around and get you opening your heart, awakening your femininity and sensuality, and freeing your mind. I really hope you'll join me!

Mother Kali is the powerful Goddess of transformation whose iconography reminds us that we are Spirit first and that the ego arises out of identification with the body.

Transformation and liberation arises when we release our attachment to the body and the lower mind's stories; and we release attachment to the past and to future outcomes. This is so powerful for our transformation!
