Video Postcard #1: Feeling Connected

This video postcard was originally intended to be the first in a series that shares various aspects of my personal spiritual practice.  They are meant to be short, authentic expressions of where I am in the present moment.  Most likely, I’ll be in my pajamas, make-upless, and sleepy.  I’m doing this because I am remembering how to love me as I AM.  My hope is that viewers can relate to my experience and be inspired to explore their beliefs, values and shadow in a deep and meaningful way, and above all, love themselves for who They AM, too.

I have been in a very good place the last few weeks feeling light, optimistic and very much looking forward.  I was expecting to sit down today and talk about the love affair one can have with one’s self, but I found something very different lurking inside of me.
