What is your spiritual philosophy? 🤔

According to my spiritual philosophy, everything begins with Spirit and is translated into the material world, including our feelings and emotions. Observing the physical sensation of feeling and experiencing emotions as “energy in motion” (without mentally labeling or judging them) bridges the connection between the Higher Self and the human experience. So much of the work I do and the way I live my life is directed by this principle. That is one part of my spiritual philosophy and you’ll see it written all over my blog and expressed through my videos and classes.

As a spiritual life coach, you need your own personal spiritual philosophy. This is a part of your message and your particular brand. 📨

By regularly reflecting on and refining your spiritual philosophy, you can strengthen your connection to your Higher Self and better understand the role you play in the world. This can lead to a greater sense of empathy, compassion, and service to others, as well as a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all things. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

You should know exactly WHAT you believe, WHY you believe it, and HOW it works to build the skeleton of your spiritual philosophy. Write about it OFTEN, in your journal or on your blog, to flesh it out. A solid spiritual philosophy will guide your actions toward the life you desire, and help you explain exactly why you’re such a Badass at handling your own and others’ emotions.

In essence, your spiritual philosophy can serve as a compass, helping your clients navigate the complexities of life and to find ways to a more fulfilling and meaningful existence. 🧭
